Agreement overview

By enrolling in services or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. We encourage families to review them before the intake meeting and ask questions anytime. We may update this page as regulations or clinic policies evolve; the “Updated” date reflects the most recent review.

Clinic-based services

Aurora Behavior Services provides Applied Behavior Analysis exclusively inside our Eagle River clinic.
Session availability, schedules, and staff assignments may adjust to ensure safe ratios and clinical quality.
We collaborate with caregivers to set goals, transition plans, and discharge criteria tailored to each child.

Family responsibilities

Provide accurate intake information, notify us of changes to contact, insurance, or custody arrangements.
Arrive on time for sessions; repeated late arrivals or no-shows may impact scheduling priority.
Participate in caregiver coaching and reinforce recommended strategies between visits.

Payments & funding

Insurance coverage is verified at intake, but families remain responsible for co-pays, deductibles, or non-covered services.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless alternate arrangements are documented.
We notify families if funding changes require plan updates or pause in services.

Communication & consent

We obtain written consent before sharing information with schools, physicians, or other providers.
Email and electronic communications are used for scheduling and updates; clinical information is shared through secure channels.
Families may withdraw consent for optional communications at any time.

Technology & website use

Website content is informational and does not replace individualized clinical recommendations.
Telehealth sessions use HIPAA-compliant platforms; families agree to maintain privacy on their end.
We may update features or content without notice to improve user experience.

Pausing or ending services

Services may pause if health, safety, or funding requirements change. We will provide written notice, discuss alternatives, and collaborate on transition plans. Families may discontinue services at any time by notifying their BCBA or emailing kellybcba@gmail.com. We appreciate at least two weeks’ notice to close out programming and provide summaries.
