Setting expectations for a supportive partnership

These terms describe how we deliver clinic-based ABA, communicate with families, and handle scheduling and billing so you always know what to expect.

Agreement overview

By enrolling in services or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. We encourage families to review them before the intake meeting and ask questions anytime. We may update this page as regulations or clinic policies evolve; the “Updated” date reflects the most recent review.

Pausing or ending services

Services may pause if health, safety, or funding requirements change. We will provide written notice, discuss alternatives, and collaborate on transition plans. Families may discontinue services at any time by notifying their BCBA or emailing kellybcba@gmail.com. We appreciate at least two weeks’ notice to close out programming and provide summaries.

Questions or special requests?

We welcome conversations about unique circumstances, accessibility needs, or temporary schedule changes. Reach out and our clinic leadership will respond within two business days.
